Chuck's layout is modeled after the Wyoming Division of the Lehigh Valley Railroad. Chuck is one of several Master Modelers in the Tidewater Division. Chuck retired as a U.S. Navy Commander, where he worked in Fleet-Wide Intelligence. Chuck is widely published as a model railroad author. His articles have appeared in numerous model railroad publications. Chuck grew up in Pennsylvania and models the Lehigh Valley Railroad. Chuck now serves as the Tidewater Division Achievement Program chairman. In his spare time, Chuck serves as a math tutor to local high school students. Chuck's layout appeared in the October 2015 edition of "Great Model Railroads."
